AWOS (an acronym for AndreW Operating System) is an operating system designed to allow users to run applications designed for multiple operating environments at once.

It is not a virtual machine or emulator. It will contain libraries that allow these programs to believe they are being run natively when they are in fact being run on AWOS.

AWOS also supports its own native application format, and will have enhanced features available only to native applications.

Currently AWOS is available for download at Build 9(v0.0.9), and being developed at Build 10 (v0.0.10).
