Comments
"The right-facing direction of the logo represents the project's forward direction. The largest curl, in blue, represents the core of AWOS, its kernel. The next-largest curl, in yellow, is symbolic of Tux's beak, Tux being the penguin mascot of Linux. Then we have the light blue curl, which represents the "sky" background from Windows95. And finally, the red curl evokes the BSD Daemon." -- RudyValencia
Logo debate
There was a debate over which logo should be used for AWOS.
